Begin by toasting the oats. Place a small pan over medium heat, add the oats and toast them for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn slightly golden and have a nutty aroma. Remove from the heat and let them cool.
Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
In a serving glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.
Add a layer of half the berries over the yogurt, followed by half of the toasted oats.
Sprinkle half of the chopped walnuts over the oats.
Drizzle a bit of honey over this layer for sweetness.
Repeat the layering process with the remaining Greek yogurt, berries, oats, and walnuts.
Finish with a final drizzle of honey on the top.
