Gather all your ingredients and have them ready on the counter for easy assembly. This includes Greek yogurt, granola, berries of your choice (such as blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries), honey, chopped almonds, and a pinch of salt.
Chop the almonds into small pieces if they are not already chopped. Set aside.
In a bowl, add the Greek yogurt and a pinch of salt, and stir well to combine. This will enhance the flavors of the yogurt.
Start by layering the parfait in a glass or bowl. Begin with a couple of spoonfuls of Greek yogurt to cover the bottom.
Add a layer of granola over the yogurt, using about half of the granola.
Next, add a layer of berries. Use half of your berries mixture.
Drizzle a tablespoon of honey over the berries.
Repeat the layers: add more yogurt, then granola, and then the last portion of berries.
Top with the remaining yogurt.
Sprinkle the chopped almonds over the top of the parfait.
Finish by drizzling the remaining tablespoon of honey over the top.
Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes for a slightly cool serving.
