Ingredients

  • 300 g Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 150 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 60 g Granola
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 16 g Sliced almonds

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, gently toss the mixed berries with 1 teaspoon of honey to lightly sweeten them. Set aside.

In a parfait glass or a medium-sized serving bowl, layer 75 g (half) of the Greek yogurt at the bottom.

Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer, spreading them evenly.

Sprinkle half of the granola and half of the sliced almonds over the berries.

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining Greek yogurt on top of the granola and almonds.

Top with the rest of the mixed berries, then sprinkle on the remaining granola and almonds.

Drizzle the last teaspoon of honey over the top layer for a sweet finish.

Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh textures and flavors.
