Start by preparing your ingredients. Rinse the lettuce under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Slice the tomato into thin slices and cut the avocado in half, removing the pit. Using a spoon, scoop out the avocado flesh and slice it into thin slices.
Lay out the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface or cutting board. Make sure they are not torn and are easy to roll up.
On each tortilla, layer 2 ounces of sliced turkey breast evenly across the center. You can adjust this amount based on preference, but 2 ounces per tortilla should work well.
Add a handful of lettuce on top of the turkey. Make sure to spread it evenly so that every bite has some lettuce.
Place a few slices of tomato over the lettuce, followed by slices of the avocado. You can add as many avocado slices as you like, but 4-5 slices should suffice for a nice creamy texture.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the toppings for added flavor. Be careful not to overdo it, as the turkey and avocado already add a lot of flavor.
Now, it’s time to roll the tortillas. Starting from one end, carefully lift the edge and roll it over the ingredients, tucking them in as you go. Roll it tightly to ensure the filling stays inside. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
Once all four wraps are rolled, you can either serve them whole or cut them in half on a diagonal for a nicer presentation. Place the wraps on a plate and enjoy your healthy Turkey and Avocado Wraps!
