Ingredients

  • 510 g Greek yogurt
  • 300 g Mixed berries
  • 90 g Granola
  • 30 g Walnuts
  • 3 tbsp Honey

Instructions

1

Chop the walnuts slightly if desired or leave them whole for a crunch.

2

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey, ensuring an even distribution of sweetness throughout the yogurt.

3

Rinse the mixed berries under cold water and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess water.

4

In a glass or serving jar, layer a third of the yogurt at the bottom.

5

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt, using about a third of the berries.

6

Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries, using about a third of the granola.

7

Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola to create a second layer.

8

Once more, repeat the layers with the last third of yogurt, berries, and granola, filling the glass or jar to the top.

9

Top the parfait with the chopped walnuts for an added crunch and drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey over the top.
