Ingredients

  • 200 g plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 30 g granola
  • 80 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 10 g chopped walnuts

Instructions

Rinse the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a medium-sized bowl or glass, add half of the Greek yogurt as the first layer.

Scatter half of the mixed berries over the yogurt layer.

Drizzle half a teaspoon of honey over the berries for added sweetness.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the berry layer.

Add another layer using the remaining half of Greek yogurt.

Top with the remaining mixed berries.

Drizzle the remaining half teaspoon of honey over the berries.

Sprinkle the rest of the granola, followed by the chopped walnuts on top for a crunchy finish.
