Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork until fully mixed. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Slice the smoked salmon into thin strips, cube the avocado, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let them sit, without stirring, for 20 seconds until they just begin to cook.
Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, then add the smoked salmon, avocado cubes, and cherry tomatoes. Continue to cook for about 1-2 minutes, gently folding the ingredients until the eggs are creamy and just set.
Remove from heat and let the residual heat finish cooking the eggs.
Serve the scrambled eggs immediately, garnished with freshly chopped dill and a squeeze of lemon juice from the wedge.
