  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1.5 cups Almond milk
  • 0.5 cup Granola topping

Start by gathering all your ingredients: 2 scoops of protein powder, 2 cups of frozen mixed berries, 1 banana, 1 cup of spinach, and 1.5 cups of almond milk.

In a blender, add the almond milk first. This helps the blades to move smoothly.

Add the spinach to the blender. Blend on a low setting for a few seconds until the spinach is finely chopped and well-mixed with the almond milk.
