Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup granola
  • 3 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • optional to taste chopped nuts
  • optional to taste cinnamon

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold running water and let them drain in a colander. If using strawberries, remove the stems and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

2

Divide the Greek yogurt into three equal portions (1 cup each) and set aside in small bowls.

3

In serving glasses or bowls, start by spooning 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt into each one, creating the base layer.

4

Layer on 1/4 cup of mixed berries over the yogurt in each glass or bowl.

5

If desired, drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup over the berries in each portion for added sweetness.

6

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granola over the berry layer in each glass or bowl.

7

Repeat the layering process – another 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, followed by the remaining berries, honey or syrup if using, and lastly, the rest of the granola.

8

Optional: Top with a sprinkling of chopped nuts and a dash of cinnamon if desired.

9

Serve immediately for the best texture, or refrigerate for up to 1 hour if needed. Enjoy your Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait with Granola!
