Total: 15 minutes
BreakfastDessertHealthy Snacks

Ingredients

  • 510 g Plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 300 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 90 g Granola
  • 30 g Walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Honey

Instructions

1

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey until smooth and well combined.

2

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. If the strawberries are large, slice them into smaller pieces.

3

In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding 1/4 cup of the Greek yogurt mixture as the first layer.

4

Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt, distributing them evenly across the surface.

5

Sprinkle a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons) over the berries.

6

Repeat the layers: yogurt, mixed berries, and granola. Each glass should have two complete sets of layers.

7

Top each parfait with the remaining yogurt and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts for an added crunch.

8

Drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey evenly over each parfait.

9

Serve immediately for a fresh, crunchy, and creamy experience, or refrigerate for up to an hour if desired.
