Ingredients

  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 40 g mixed granola
  • 80 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl or cup, layer half of the Greek yogurt (85 g) at the bottom.

Sprinkle a layer of granola (20 g) over the Greek yogurt.

3

Add half of the mixed berries (40 g) on top of the granola layer.

Drizzle half of the honey (1/2 tsp) over the berries.

5

Repeat layering by adding the remaining Greek yogurt (85 g) on top of the berries.

Sprinkle the remaining granola (20 g) over the yogurt.

7

Top with the rest of the mixed berries (40 g).

Drizzle the remaining honey (1/2 tsp) over the top and sprinkle with chia or flax seeds (1 tbsp).

9

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour before serving for a chilled parfait.
