Ingredients

  • 170 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries + blueberries)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Stir well to ensure the honey is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.

Wash and pat dry the mixed berries if not pre-washed. If using strawberries, hull and quarter them.

Take a serving glass or a small bowl and add half of the yogurt mixture to the bottom.

Layer half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries to add some crunch.

Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, followed by the rest of the berries and granola.

Top the parfait with chia seeds for added texture and nutrition.
