In a medium bowl, combine the mixed berries. If using fresh strawberries, slice them into quarters.
In each serving glass or bowl, add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt as the first layer.
Add 1/6 cup (approximately 2 tablespoons) of mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola over the berries.
If desired, drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup over the granola layer.
Repeat the layers by adding another 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, followed by another 2 tablespoons of berries, and 1 tablespoon of granola.
Optionally, top with a tablespoon of chopped nuts and a pinch of cinnamon for added flavor and crunch.
Serve immediately to enjoy the freshness and crunchiness of the parfait.
