Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 3/4 cup granola
  • 3 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the mixed berries. If using fresh strawberries, slice them into quarters.

In each serving glass or bowl, add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt as the first layer.

Add 1/6 cup (approximately 2 tablespoons) of mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola over the berries.

If desired, drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup over the granola layer.

Repeat the layers by adding another 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, followed by another 2 tablespoons of berries, and 1 tablespoon of granola.

Optionally, top with a tablespoon of chopped nuts and a pinch of cinnamon for added flavor and crunch.
