Ingredients

  • 150 g Plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 30 g Rolled oats
  • 100 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 15 g Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the rolled oats with the honey until the oats are well coated.

Layer the Greek yogurt at the bottom of a serving glass or bowl.

Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.

Sprinkle the oat and honey mixture evenly over the berries.

Top with the remaining Greek yogurt, spreading it evenly with a spoon.

Finally, add the rest of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

Garnish with sunflower seeds and a few drops of vanilla extract for added flavor (optional).
